Task Force
Introduction
The goal of the Delta Eta Alumni Task Force is to create a professional organization that:
- Incorporates all living brothers.
- Offers leadership opportunities to younger brothers.
- Gives all brothers a sense of belonging and purpose, ensuring
the organization manages house operations and enforces rules
and regulations.
The Task Force will also support and organize alumni relations
programs for events and fundraising.
Housing Corp
The Housing Corp oversees all chapter and house management. Quarterly meetings
(via Zoom or in-person) will be held with committee members, where committee chairs
will report to the Housing Corp.
Committees
- Alumni Relations Committee
- Purpose: Plan and implement seasonal alumni events, manage social media,
and online relations. - Structure: 12+ members with an elected chair, vice chair, and secretary.

- Purpose: Handle house maintenance, improvements, repairs, insurance,

- Purpose: Manage internal house relations, Greek-related issues, legal
matters, and provide representation for the chapter. - Structure: 12+ members with an elected chair, vice chair, secretary, and

- Alumni Fundraising Committee
- Purpose: Oversee fundraising activities, including mailings, events, phone
banking, and managing donations for house maintenance and improvements. - Structure: 12+ members with an elected chair, vice chair, and secretary.

Commitments
Annual commitments are minimal, estimated at 1-2 hours per month.
- Quarterly Housing Corp Meetings: 1-2 hours every three months.
- Committee Meetings: Quarterly Zoom meetings for goal setting and reporting,
lasting 1-2 hours every three months. - Chairperson: 2 hours per month managing committee matters.
- Active Members: 2 hours per month on tasks/projects and meeting attendance.
Final Thoughts

- Provide stability for brothers to focus on recruitment rather than house maintenance
or legal issues. - Offer post-university professional opportunities, boosting leadership skills
and resumes. - Ensure peace of mind for older brothers and legacy opportunities
for future brothers.
